In an era of rapidly evolving technology and dynamic markets, businesses are constantly looking for ways to enhance their production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. The GET TECHNICAL 2024 which took place in Poland at the end of November focused the attention of more than 90 guests, representing 50 companies from Poland and all over Europeon technological innovations and highly efficient surface finishing solutions. This day-and-a-half event had a busy program including a Conference and a full day of technical workshops hosted at WAGNER-SERVICE’s brand-new Coating Technology Center in Poland.

GET TECHNICAL is one of the BIG3 annual events of the sppot that brings together leaders, experts, and innovators in the manufacturing and surface finishing process. The core objective of the event is to provide businesses with the tools, insights, and connections necessary to streamline their production processes and adopt cutting-edge technologies.

Highlights from GET TECHNICAL 2024

Smart Manufacturing

The event focused attention on Industry 4.0 where real-time data collection and smart tools of the applicable machinery enable production lines to run with minimal downtime and reduce energy consumption. The latest hybrid oven of @Eurotherm, the coating measuring even before curing equipment of @coatmaster, and the latest J. Wagner application systems were showcased during the workshops on the second day, to demonstrate how these innovations can be integrated to improve production planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

Sustainable solutions

As sustainability becomes a growing concern for industries worldwide, GET TECHNICAL placed a strong emphasis on green manufacturing solutions. During the workshops were demonstrated products and technologies that not only improve production efficiency but also reduce an environmental impact. From energy-efficient production line equipment (J.Wagner, Eurotherm) to waste-reduction products (TIGER Coatings, Berlac, Posterama), measures before curing (coatmaster), and efficient repairment of otherwise wasted products (Duthoo Coating Solutions), the event highlighted how manufacturers can innovate responsibly and meet regulatory requirements.

Next-Generation Robotics

Robotics and automatization of the production processes are other areas seeing major advancement in manufacturing. The event introduced cutting-edge robotic systems (Lesta) that work alongside human operators to perform repetitive or hazardous tasks. These systems increase productivity by streamlining complex processes.
